Sherry Day Saintsing and Lewis Andrew Reece married at Shady Grove United Methodist Church on Saturday afternoon with Rev. George Thompson officiating. Brenda Kennedy organist and Mickie Brucke soloist provided music. The bride, daughter of James C. Day, was escorted by her father. Attendants included Trisha Day as matron of honor. Best man was the bridegroom’s father, with ushers Tommy Day and Joe Don Reece. The couple, both Ledford High School graduates, plan to reside on Route 2 where he is self employed after six years in the Air Force National Guard.
