Upton Sinclair, renowned author and social reformer dubbed King of the Muckrakers, died at 90 in Bound Brook New Jersey. He wrote 89 books including The Jungle which spurred meat industry reforms and won a Pulitzer for Dragon's Teeth, with a memorial service planned at St Pauls Episcopal Church.
