Fugitives Nabbed After Five-State Flight From SC

Two South Carolina inmates Ralph Delahassaye aged 23 and William Morgan aged 31 were captured after a five state chase ending near Slidell Louisiana. The FBI said the pair robbed abducted and carjacked multiple victims during their escape from the Columbia Central Correctional Institution and are jailed in New Orleans on kidnapping and related charges.
