Oceanography Courses Get Approval in Wilmington High Schools
The New Hanover County school board approved preliminary plans to offer junior and senior oceanography courses at New Hanover High and Hoggard High next year. Plans include four specialist teachers, field work along the sounds and ocean, and collaboration with Cape Fear Technical Institute and Wrightsville Beach Bio-Medical Laboratory.

Great Smokies Park Operations Are Cut Back
