A 20 year old man Robert Blanch filed a notice with Postal Superintendent Frank Ely claiming a letter ordering him to a preinduction physical is obscene and asked to be removed from his draft board mailing list. He said the form will be sent to the Post Office Department in Washington on a routine basis.
