Twenty divorce actions are listed on the Guilford superior court calendar for the November term to be held in Greensboro. Judge W. F. Harding of Charlotte will preside as civil cases begin, with opening sessions likely consumed by the divorce trials.

Announcement today confirms Pittsburgh Plate Glass will open a large new warehouse at Harmilton and Russell Streets to serve North Carolina. The plant will enlarge its building, stock Patton Sun Proof paint Pit cairn varnishes and Horse Shoe Brand brushes, and employ seven traveling men plus warehouse staff. Logan Porter, related to O Henry, will head the plate glass department. Wherrett of the Pittsburgh Glass Co visited to arrange the project.
