British stance on troops in Constantinople remains unchanged, with Britain upholding the Armistice terms and staying in the neutral zone. The Angora government may send civil officers to Chanak Gallipoli and Constantinople with no objection, and the sultan reportedly has not abdicated while measures protect him and the prince.
