Weatherspoon Art Gallery to open 12th Art on Paper Show
Greensboro UNC awaits 158 works by 150 American artists for the November 14 opening of Art on Paper 1976. The reception runs 2 to 6 PM with a 4 PM lecture by Donald Evans. The show runs through December 14 and features notable California artists and local Greensboro Guilford County and UNCG art.

Debbie Tyler led Modernette Club members through the High Point Theatre showing wheelchair access coat check games and slide presentations in Salon A. The 1001 seat venue can remove the front row for an orchestra and features an exhibition gallery multi purpose rooms and a fully equipped control room for lighting and sound. The tour noted plans for a travelogue series monthly through March a spring Mini Arts Festival seventh graders art displays and a Christmas auction benefiting Gregson Nursing Home plus a nursing student scholarship progress update.
