Sponsored by Methodist youths from Thomasville Winston-Salem and Greensboro, events include registration fellowship singing music by High Point HS A Cappella choir a drama Isaiah and the United Nations by Centenary Youth and a Memorial Auditorium worship service with college choir. Martha Turnipseed western North Carolina conference youth president from Statesville will discuss the conference program and preside.

One Killed Four Injured In Accident South Of City
An accident on Highway 311 near Fraley Field Road killed George Smith Clay 29 of Willowbrook Street and injured four others in the same auto. Jimmy Billings 21 also of Willowbrook Street was treated at Baptist Hospital Winston-Salem for head injuries in fair condition. Passengers included a 14 year old girl with a fractured ankle Robert Osborne 31 with head injuries and Lemuel David Bidline 29 with a minor head wound. Police said the car rolled over after leaving the road and skidded 120 feet. Clay died from a broken neck. Funeral services are set for tomorrow at 2 p.m. in Bennettsville.
