New York May 27 Henry C Elfast recently expelled from the New York Stock Exchange confessed to misappropriating more than 60000 dollars of customers funds. He used the money to buy his exchange membership last year according to Assistant State Attorney General Ambrose V McCall. Elfast appeared voluntarily in the Attorney General office after detectives had sought him since his expulsion.
