Harriette Burgess, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hunter G. Burgess of 55 Oxford Place Visvisville Long Island, to wed Robert A. Rankin of 96 Dale Avenue New Dorp. Rankin, a lieutenant in the army reserve flying program, and Burgess, a WAVES veteran, will marry May 31 at 7 30 in Burgess Memorial Chapel First Methodist Church.

Dr. Emery Bencini and his wife arrived from Orlando Florida to visit his parents Mr and Mrs R E Bencini of Emerywood Court Apartments. The couple wed March 21 in Knowles Memorial Chapel Rollins College. Mrs Bencini is Ruth Enright of Yonkers New York and Orlando. Dr. Bencini serves on terminal leave after five years in the army dental corps including three years in the European theatre of war.
