Milk Fund Drive Plans Outlined by League
Plans for the Junior League milk drive outline a May 21 tag day with a June 11 finish. A six member committee led by Mrs. J. Roger Eds and Mrs. J. W. Slate Jr. will run the campaign to raise funds for healthful milk for underprivileged schoolchildren. The minimum goal is 2500 dollars, with last year’s total surpassing 2800 dollars. Donations go to the Junior Service director and will be acknowledged in the Enterprise.
