May 6 Carthage Sheriff C J McDonald said the cause of a late school bus wreck near town was not yet determined. Earl Callaway 10 died and 17 others injured two seriously when the bus left the road and struck a tree. Roy Callaway 16 the substitute driver and brother of the dead boy was involved. Louise Callaway and Mary Frances Brown were among the most seriously hurt. An inquest is set for 2 pm tomorrow with a coroner’s jury viewing the bus and body.
