North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance opens a High Point district office at 605 E. Washington St. from 2:30 to 4:30 today. J. Carence Stricklin will manage the local operation with about 25 employees. The district will cover Thomasville, Lexington, Salisbury, Albemarle, Mt. Gilead, Asheboro and surrounding areas.

Rex Plastics Announces Urethane Division in Thomasville
