Paul Little a 12 year old Lexington boy held for ransom was found today locked in a hotel room after a note and a fake Cincinnati man identity pointed to a planned kidnapping. His father delivered $25 000 which remained untouched in a Main Street garbage can. Detective Ready expects an arrest soon.
