In Wilmington Hobert Dallas former Atlantic Coast Line yardmaster will go to trial late this week for the slaying of Toe Southwell locomotive engineer during last summer’s rail strike. Dallas is free on 10000 bond after a hung jury in January. Mrs R R Lewis, a prominent young woman, also faces trial this week on manslaughter for the killing of W Rafter who was run down by her automobile a month ago.

PioneER cruise northward from Atlantic City area to St Augustine
