Lawsuit Filed Against NFM Over Lease Dispute

Pitlow Co. of Brooklyn sues the High Point National Furniture Mart in Guilford County Superior Court seeking a 100000 civil action and an injunction. Schweiger Industries of Wisconsin is named as codefendant as Pitlow alleges breach of a five year lease and removal of Pitlow goods. The suit aims to regain show space before the April Market.
