The Carolinas-Virginia Purchasing Agents Association will hold its spring meeting at the Wade Hampton Hotel in Columbia South Carolina March 14 and 15. About 150 members from the Carolinas and Virginia are expected to attend with events including an 2 p.m. opening business meeting and an address by Louis J. DeRose on Principles and Techniques of Purchasing for Profit. A banquet is slated for 8 p.m. March 14 with sessions on standardization, a talk by M B Eubanks Jr., and a Forum Panel on business conditions and product reports.

A two day Time Motion Study Conference will be held March 20 and 21 at the Hotel Robert E. Lee.
