Greenville set for April Good Roads events leaders optimistic
Greenville hosts the United States Good Roads association and Bankhead National Highway shows April 16 to 21. Governor Thomas G. McLeod will deliver the welcome address for South Carolina and invite governors to attend and appoint delegates. He plans to invite 100 delegates per state and solicit road boosters nationwide to visit Greenville Good Roads Week.

County Medical Society Sets Venereal Disease Talk at Court House
GREED SBORO March 2 A disclosure of a venereal disease was presented at the county medical society meeting at the courthouse last night. Dr Parran Jarbo read on the disease. Dr J W Long spoke from a surgical view. Charlies Roberson from obstetrical view. Dr John Wheeler addressed dental aspects. Dr W C Ashworth spoke on neurological angles and Dr C W Banner discussed ear nose and throat impacts. The next meeting scheduled for the first Thursday night in April will be in High Point.
