Newly Inked Phony Bills Found Arrest in Winston-Salem
Secret Service agents arrested David Laird Borden in a Graphic Printing Co. shop after finding partially printed $100 counterfeit notes and a printing plate. About $20,000 in counterfeit cash was found at his home and shop. Borden remains jailed on $15,000 bond. A second man, Terry Worth Sparks, was arrested earlier for passing a $100 bill. Indictments against Borden may come in July.
