Mrs Mary Lincoln Turner a college graduate and mother of seven was given a suspended 30 day jail term for refusing to send her children to school. She contends home schooling. Turner formerly lived in Orange County and now resides in Yarnell Arizona. Her prior conviction for not sending children to Los Angeles schools is on appeal to the U S Supreme Court.
