Joseph F. Blair 76 died at his 301 Phillips Street home this morning. Funeral from his residence Saturday at 10 conducted by Revs. Sylvester Newlin and H. G. Kopenhaver. Interment in Oakwood. Blair served in the Civil War, later active in local veterans groups, survived by wife, three sons Wesley Ed and Carson and ten daughters including Mrs. Canady Gurley Livengood Murphy and Lula Blair.
