Escaped Brushy Mountain inmates recaptured
The last escapee from Brushy Mountain State Prison Douglas Shelton age 32 has been recaptured. Authorities confirmed James Earl Ray and Earl Hill were also seized, ending the seven inmate escape plan. Ray remained in custody but nonresponsive.
