Annexation Hurdle Cleared for Randolph Properties
Randolph County property owners seek annexation by High Point with two tracts slated for entry north east of Prospect Street and Bethel Drive and at Main Street and Fairfield Road. If approved, the move would breach county lines and enable a planned shopping center development. Regular council review and a public hearing follow the planning commission’s Friday approval.
