Allow More Time Cooking Frozen Meat
ATLANTA Ga 80 advises readers to cook beef frozen when thawing is impossible. Key tips include adding one third to one half more time for roasts, braising frozen roasts or thick steaks with similar defrosted times, and broiling with greater distance to prevent over browning. Reheating frozen combination dishes works best without thawing.
