Tarboro June 7 Judge J Paul Frizzelle of Snow Hill presiding ruled a mistrial after a court official reported a juror kept overnight photographs the defense planned to use. Two 18 year old Tarboro youths Andrew Parker and Raymond Parrisher face charges of rape attempted rape and carnally knowing a female under 16 tied to Cleta Mae Coley 15 of Rocky Mount who alleges she was taken to Portsmouth Va and back April 24. Juror kept photographs intended for use. Pridgen said the juror likely planned to return them during a court recess.
