A High Point man and a Thomasville woman died when their car struck a tractor trailer on Thomasville Road west of High Point at 2 40 this morning. Ethel Elkins Davis 21 of Thomasville and Charles Royals Jr 25 of Thomasville were killed. The truck driver Paul L Hoyle 20 was hospitalized with minor injuries.
