Thomasville notes 85-year-old volunteer E S Harrison at Community General Hospital. He works Fridays at the information desk and alongside 75 to 80 women volunteers, delivering books, refreshments, and mail to patients. Harrison, widowed since 1963, keeps an active life with farming, gardening, and driving, crediting activity and Christian conduct for his longevity.
