Russia Accused of Taking Over Czech Oil Field
New York reports accuse Russia of annexing oil from newly found Czech fields and selling it back at reduced prices. The Yugoslav Journalist federation cites a Belgrade review saying Soviet teams arrived, drafted Czech workers, and framed fields as branches of Zistersdorf in Austria. A 600 Czech workers draft followed with a sale agreement allowing the USSR to repossess oil for cheaper.
