High Point Man Seeks Damages for Truck Injury
John C. Hicks of High Point files a $25 000 damage suit in Guilford Superior Court alleging injury after being struck by a tailgate on a truck owned by a local motor line. The incident occurred May 20 when the truck driver moved household furnishings, driving his body through the siding of Hicks home.
