Camp Uwharrie Renamed Camp Bunn Hackney
After decades serving the Uwharrie Council scouts the camp officially ceased as Camp Uwharrie last week and was renamed Camp Bunn Hackney honoring the council's chief scout executive with 40 years of service. The change had been planned for late last year but delayed due to 900 Camp Uwharrie t- records and related issues.
