Air Force Captain Thomas Culver faces a five to six day court martial in England over a Hyde Park protest near the U S embassy. Judge Colonel Carl R Abrams says a foreign country restriction on speech remains constitutional but argued it is not an unreasonable intrusion. Culver and attorney Capt. Frank Wesson insist the action was a personal protest and not a demonstration. Maximum penalty cited is dishonorable discharge and four years in prison.
