Arthur B. Eisenhower elder brother of President Eisenhower died of a heart attack at his home. The Kansas City banker collapsed while washing his hands. his wife Louise found him dead. He was 71 and survived by wife Louise and siblings including Milton, president of Johns Hopkins University.
