Skindiver testimony blocked at Chappaquiddick inquest
Judge James A. Boyle barred speculation and allowed only Farrar’s role in recovering Mary Jo Kopechne’s body and not his statement that she could have been saved with prompt help. The inquest ended after 3½ days with a future report to the Massachusetts Supreme Court and possible grand jury action.
