Larceny Case Ends in Forcible Trespass Plea
Herman Mc Carter and Ray Campbell pleaded guilty to forcible trespass for larceny of a suitcase and contents from W. M. Marr. Fines of ten dollars plus costs were imposed. fines remitted for McCarter and Campbell as the suitcase was not returned.
