Rahway man to face murder charge on return home
William M. Frazer of Rahway New Jersey confessed slayer of Mrs. Phoebe Stader saying the rifle discharge was accidental. Frazer, arrested yesterday, will be returned to New Jersey to answer murder charges as prosecutors said he admitted killing her while claiming love and plans to divorce and remarry. An autopsy identified a .22 caliber bullet in the back of Mrs. Stader’s head as the sole cause of death.
