Cabarrus Bank Seeks Three Way Split of Estate
The Cabarrus Bank urges a three way division of the estate involving Annie L. Cannon as co guardian. It rebuts Mrs Cannon's opposition to a revised settlement and recounts her earlier praise for the $1,000,000 endowment for her daughter and granddaughter. The bank notes past affidavits supporting the original judgment and questions the role of Annie L. Cannon and her attorney in the negotiations.
