Governor Moore proposes $2.7 billion budget and tax relief plan

Gov. Dan Moore asks the North Carolina General Assembly to approve a record 1967 69 budget including $1.1 billion for education and a four step tax relief plan aimed at low income families students veterans and seniors. Bills to implement the budget and tax cuts were sponsored in both chambers with Sen. Tom White and Rep. Gordon Greenwood leading the measures.

Hershey urges lower draft mental bars predicting Clay induction
