Raleigh report from Henry A Page warns NC farmers holding last season’s wheat and corn for higher prices that their risk is high. Wheat price stabilized at 2.20 a bushel by the Grain Corporation. flour at 12.50 per barrel. Corn varies 1.25 to 2.00 and may settle near 1.50 as rail congestion clears. No restrictions have been placed on farmers for timing or pricing.
