Cosmetologists To Hold State Meet In Winston
The North Carolina Cosmetologists Association schedules its annual state convention at the Robert E. Lee Hotel in Winston-Salem from February 8 through 10. About 700 to 800 attendees are expected for demonstrations classes and manufacturers displays. Special guests Otto Potschka and M Louis will lecture and present. Potschka, a Vienna native and prize winner, is renowned for his lectures and demonstrations. Louis, chief instructor at Charles of the Ritz School in New York, trains thousands of hairdressers and appears on TV and trade shows nationwide.
