Property sells for large Sam in High Point area

Ora Baker and husband D. H. Baker sold 8.28 acres to Mrs Nancy Armstrong Royer on the south side of the Fairfield road near High Point joining Ragan heirs and Giles land. Deed filed with Register R. H. Wharton in Greensboroe shows about 10000 dollars as consideration. Another deed records L. E. Edwards and wife selling land on Greensboro road for 1000 dollars. The piece concludes with unrelated zoological remark about the Vedda people.
