Black man admits fatally harming Pamplico girl and Melvey Allen
Raymond Carney, 38, arrested in Johnsonville after admitting to fatally injuring 15 year old Betty Cain and shooting 22 year old Melvey Allen near Pamplico. Investigator Finds Still While Shopping For Christmas Tree
