Family Left Homeless By Wynnewood Fire
A Wynnewood Avenue house owned by James and Lorraine Gundy burned Friday around 4 30 p m. The fire started in the basement, spread to the upper floor, and caused extensive basement damage with heavy heat and smoke elsewhere. Defective wiring in basement duct work is the probable cause. The family lost clothing and furnishings but saved a pet dog and stayed with a neighbor.

Ryan’s slush fund case leaves charges standing

Ryan faces trial on 16 felony counts after Superior Court Judge Lacy Thornburg dismissed 25 conspiracy counts and all charges against other officials.
