Two Hot Springs men Wilford McKinley Moore 33 and Lewis Luke Moore 30 were ordered held in Buncombe county jail in default of bonds 30000 each in Asheville before Judge Zeb Nettles in a case linked to the shotgun slaying of Rei Starbuck 32 a Hot Springs native buried in Thomasville. Joe Moore was held as a material witness on 1000 bond.
