Dr. W. L. Mullikin a 55 year old Methodist minister from Simpsonville was killed this afternoon at a crossing near Greenville South Carolina by a passenger train. Coroner J O Turner said an eyewitness Leas Cannon reported Mullikin crossed the tracks in his automobile then walked toward the oncoming train.
