A stalled low off North Carolina's coast brings heavy rains and squalls to the south coast with warm highs in the 80s to 90s and possible minor coastal flooding. Georgia and Virginia expect partly cloudy to warm conditions with scattered afternoon thundershowers and highs mainly in the 80s and 90s. The High Point area anticipates continued heat through Tuesday with a 20 to 30 percent chance of precip and Tuesday highs near 90.
