Sixty two students from High Point College are to receive degrees at the Summer Commencement. Dr Harold E Conrad, director of the Summer College, announced the plan Saturday. Graduation exercises will be held at 10 30 a m next Saturday.
Robert E. Phillips named admissions director at High Point College after serving as Rehabilitation Counselor for the North Carolina Prison Department and Vocational Counselor for the North Carolina Employment Commission Greensboro. He holds an A B from UNC Greensboro and studied at Duke and Louisburg. Phillips, married to Joan Bennett, resides in Greensboro with daughter Cathy. List of Bachelor of Arts and Science candidates from multiple Greensboro and North Carolina towns follows.
