Miss Ab Saintsing wed at 6 p.m. in Zion United Church of Christ with Rev. George K. Ludwig officiating. Seven-branched candelabra and white gladioli decorate the ceremony. organist played. Bride given in marriage by her brother W. A. Saintsing wore a blue peau de soie dress with a fan bouquet of white carnations.
The ceremony for Miss Barnes and her bridegroom took place with Mrs Hedrick, mother of the groom, in attendance. Mrs Hedrick wore a beige lace and linen dress with matching accessories. A reception followed in the church fellowship hall. The couple plans to reside on Rt. 5 at Thomasville.
Miss Lillian Jacqueline Creech, daughter of Mrs. Joseph Arnold Creech and the late Creech, married Benjamin Fleming Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Johnson, at Holly Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Owen Jones officiated with organist Mrs. Lloyd Garner and soloist Rev. Milton Mann providing music. Attendants wore yellow cotton sateen dresses, with bouquets of white roses lilies of the valley and a white orchid, and the wedding featured Chantilly lace and silk organza gown with a chapel train.
