Colonial Country Club Hosts Brunch and Fashion Show
The annual Member Guest Golf Tournament brunch and fashion show at Colonial Country Club featured Mrs. Robert Goodman as hostess, a fall fashion preview by Style Boutique Ltd with models including Mrs. Robert Allen and Mrs. Alvin Reddick, piano by Mrs. Gene Kirby, and door prizes after a hunt style breakfast. A crowd of 135 women attended and were reminded of the dinner dance in the Crown Room that evening.

The bride, daughter of Mr and Mrs James A Beard, was given in marriage by her father. The groom is son of Mr and Mrs Joe Williams of Mooresville. The bride is a Trinity High School senior and works at High Point Memorial Hospital. The groom attended Trinity High School and earned a welding certificate from Guilford Technical Institute and works for Graystone Corp High Point. A reception was hosted at the home of Mr and Mrs Fred Sherrill, grandparents, with a brunch and fashion show hosted by Colonial Country Club members.
