High Point girls Laura Hill Connie Crawford Audrey Congdon and Caroline Hunter returned from the Rainbow Girls Supreme Assembly in New Orleans where 7000 girls attended. Hill and Crawford were guests at a grand officer luncheon. tours included a Mississippi River steam boat trip. The next assembly will be in 1976 in California.

Operation Resume aids women to return to college at HPC
High Point College launches Operation Resume for women 26 and older to pursue a bachelor’s degree starting Sept. 2. The program begins with one course the first year, then full loads with regular students. Courses include Philosophy in Literature and a US history survey. Credit for life experience possible via a counselor guided plan. Registration Sept. 9 Haworth Hall and Roberts Hall.
